Proceeds from events are shared between three organizations (except the Kansas Proud 10 Mile Run/12 Mile Ruck which support the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Kansas (EANGKS) programming NGKS Kansas Proud service member programs.​

Programs support for 2023 are:

1. the 137th/635th Regiment Scholarship Program for family members of Veterans who served in either of these two regiments.

2. The Emporia All Veterans Memorial Park Fund

3.  USD 252 South Lyon County Veterans Honor Flight Program.

4. The North Lyon County Veterans Memorial Park

5. EANGKS Enlisted Association
